INGREDIENTS
For the Strawberry Filling:
2 pounds Strawberries (hulled)
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 Lemon (zest and juice; about 1/4 cup)
3 cups White Sugar (plus more if the berries aren't sweet)
2 teaspoons Salt
For the Pastry Dough:
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2 sticks Unsalted Butter (cut into cubes)
1 large Egg
2 tablespoons Evaporated Milk
1 Egg plus 1 tablespoon Cream
For the Chocolate Hazelnut and Banana Filling:
2 ripe Bananas (cut in half crosswise)
1 cup Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
1 tablespoon Flaky Sea Salt
For the Glaze:
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 tablespoon Water
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
