Ingredients For toasted pecans

  • Soak pecans in ice water 10 min. Drain on paper towel. Place in a roasting pan, sprinkle generously with salt.
  • Roast at 300 degrees for 45 min., stirring often. To test to see if the pecans are ready, let one cool and check for crispiness. No butter or oleo.
