INGREDIENTS
3/4 lb fully-cooked sweet sausage (see notes)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 cup orzo
1/2 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 to 1 cup water
3 ounces sun-dried tomatoes, halved lengthwise
3/4 cup pitted, uncured black olives, halved
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
