2 large red potatoes, cubed (I had smaller ones so I used four)

1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped (I used jar ones so I used two small, I suggest four though)

1/2 tsp paprika
•
3 C frozen corn
•
3 C milk, divided
•
1 med green pepper, chopped (bell pepper)
•
14.5 oz can chicken broth
•
2 tsp dijon mustard
•
1 tsp salt
•
1/4-1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
•
4 green onions, chopped
•
1/2 C flour
