1 1/2 (10-ounce) cans ROTEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
3 ounces crumbled feta or goat cheese
12 (6-inch) flour tortillas
1 1/2 cups half and half cream
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 cup (4-ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup (4-ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
About 1/4 cup of broken up cilantro leaves to top, optional
