4 tablespoons turbinado sugar, or granulated
•
1 teaspoon espresso powder (optional)
•
pinch of salt
•
1/2 cup heavy cream
•
1 1/2 cup skim milk
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, or mint extract for a minty version
•
whipped cream (optional, but totally awesome)
