1 1/3 c dark brown sugar (light brown is ok too)

•
1/2 c softened butter (I used unsalted)

1 egg beaten, for egg wash

1 tsp powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

4 oz softened cream cheese

3 tbsp softened butter (I used unsalted)

3/4 c powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract
