Easy Peasy Cheese Croissant

Ingredients:

1 can of 8 crescent rolls
•
4 Slices of mozzarella cheese (or cheese of choice)
•
Direction: Unroll the crescent rolls.
•
Cut each slice of cheese in half and then fold them into halves and place them inside the rolls.
•
Roll up the crescent rolls with the cheese inside and place on a baking sheet.
•
Bake according to the directions on the packaging.

World’s Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge:

Ingredients:

1 jar peanut butter of choice
•
1 tub of frosting (vanilla works best in our opinion)
•
Directions:
•
Lightly grease a 9 by 9 pan with oil or butter.
•
Microwave the peanut butter and frosting separately for 1 minute each, then combine in a large bowl.
•
Stir until smooth and creamy, then spoon into the pan and let it refrigerate until it’s firm.
•
2-ingredient Lemon Bars

Ingredients:

1 can of lemon pie filling
•
1 box of angel food cake mix
•
Directions:
•
Preheat the oven to 350 and spray a 9 by 11 pan with cooking spray.
•
Mix the two ingredients in a bowl then pour into the pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until they start to brown slightly.
•
Let them cool and then enjoy!
