INGREDIENTS

2 oz. cream cheese

2 eggs
•
2 T – 1/4 C unsweetened almond, coconut, cashew or hemp milk
•
1/4 tsp. salt
•
3/4 tsp. baking powder
•
1/4 tsp. apple cider vinegar
•
1/4 tsp, xanthan or guar gum
•
3-4 drops stevia extract
•
Dash of cinnamon (if you like)
•
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
•
2/3 C almond flour
•
1 1/2 T coconut flour
•
3 T whey protein (I use and recommend Jay Robb)
