4 large, sticky cloves of garlic. minced
•
a good handful of parsley, chopped
•
1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, room temperature

1 solidly good pinch of kosher salt

1 cup or about 2 ounces of finely shredded Parmesan
