1 head iceberg lettuce, washed and roughly chopped
•
2 tomatoes, sliced into wedges
•
1 cup julienned swiss cheese
•
1 cup julienned smoked ham
•
1/2 cup green olives with pimentos
•
1 cup quartered marinated artichokes, each sliced in half
•
1/4 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
