1 1⁄2 cups very thinly sliced cabbage or any salad greens

1 cup fresh bean sprouts

1/2 cup julienne-cut carrots

1⁄4 cup fresh mint leaves

1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro leaves

1⁄4 cup fresh basil leaves
