For the sauce
Soy sauce 1?2 Cup (8 tbs)
Honey 1?4 Cup (4 tbs)
Rice vinegar/White vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Fish sauce 1 Teaspoon
Creamy peanut butter 1?4 Cup (4 tbs)
For the noodles
Rice noodles/Thin spaghetti 12 Ounce
Vegetable oil/Peanut oil 2 Tablespoon
Scallion (white and green) 2 , chopped finely (save dark green part to garnish)
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
Fresh ginger 1 Tablespoon, minced
Vegetables 14 Ounce, julienned (a mix of carrots, snow peas, broccoli, green beans, baby corns and other vegetables of your choice)
