½ cups Panko Breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
2 whole Green Onions, Chopped Finely
⅛ teaspoons Black Pepper
2 cloves Garlic, Grated
FOR THE SAUCE:
½ cups Low Sodium Soy Sauce
½ cups Brown Sugar
½ cups Water
½ Tablespoons Toasted Sesame Seed Oil
1 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
2 teaspoons Grated Fresh Ginger
½ cups Cold Water
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
Optional For Garnish: Sesame Seeds, Chopped Green Onions
