INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons canola oil

1.5 cups cooked chicken breast

1 cup frozen peas & carrots blend
•
½ cup frozen green beans
•
4 cups cooked rice (Jasmine or Basmati work the best for this, but you can use whatever you prefer.)

½ cup teriyaki sauce (I prefer Soy Vey brand) Use as much as you'd like. ½ cup was perfect for me.
