1 lb. (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
2 cups chicken stock/broth, no sodium
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 cups (475g) uncooked instant white or brown rice
1 lb. (450g) frozen bag stir-fry vegetables*
5 cloves garlic, grated or finely chopped
2" piece of fresh ginger, grated or finely chopped
2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
