Out of 20+ classes, this was one of their most favorite recipes. :) You may substitute Chicken or Shrimp in place of the beef, and use just about any vegetable you like, as long as you keep in mind that certain vegetables need to be blanched (boiled briefly) before going in the stir fry, as they take longer to cook (Broccoli, Carrots, etc.)..."
