"I teach a weekly Healthy Cooking Demonstration at a corporation called WestWind Technologies. One week, my regulars requested I teach a "Stir Fry" next time- so I developed this super easy, SUPER quick recipe just for them! Out of 20+ classes, this was one of their most favorite recipes. :) You may substitute Chicken or Shrimp in place of the beef, and use just about any vegetable you like, as long as you keep in mind that certain vegetables need to be blanched (boiled briefly) before going in the stir fry, as they take longer to cook (Broccoli, Carrots, etc.)..."

INGREDIENTS
1 lb Beef Top Sirloin
⅓ cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 bottle Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
¼ cup Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
4 cloves Fresh Garlic
1 Tbsp Fresh Grated Ginger
1 tsp Black Pepper
4 Tbsp Sesame Oil
3 Scallions
1 Bell Pepper
1 pt Mushrooms
1 Sweet/vidalia Onion
1 Handful of Fresh Cilantro
