2 1/2 – 3 TB tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)

1 1/2 TB agave nectar (or sugar)
•
1 tsp Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
•
2 TB water*

3 green onion, cut into 2-inch pieces (green parts only)
