Made Granny Pegs Treet Casserole today, it would have looked better with the pop of green color that the bell peppers would add but my granddaughter Brianna was not in the mood for peppers. I also was going to have it over white rice but she nixed that idea as well, strange how a 3 year old can stifle a creative flow!! :)
