Taco Pasta [One Pot Mexican Pasta]

INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp Olive Oil (or other oil)
1 medium Onion (diced)
1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1 15 oz can Diced Tomatoes (or salsa)
1 15 oz can Black Beans (drained)
4 cups Pasta Shells (or any pasta)
2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning (use 1/4 cup if you like it stronger)
4 cups Chicken Broth (or beef broth)
8 oz Cheddar Cheese (2 cups shredded)
