2 beaten eggs
2 - 5 ounce cans evaporated milk (1-1/3 cups)
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Dash of pepper
3/4 cup shredded process Swiss or Gruyere cheese
3/4 cup bread crumbs (any style)
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup shredded process Swiss or Gruyere cheese
