5 Tbsp. Butter, melted
2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
1/4 tsp. Ground cinnamon
For the Tart Filling
2 Tbsp. Unsweetened instant ice tea mix
1 (14oz.) Can Sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. Fresh orange zest
1/2 tsp. Fresh lime zest
1/3 C. Fresh orange juice
1/4 C. Fresh lemon juice
2 Eggs
