sweet potato mini loaves with orange cinnamon honey butter
INGREDIENTS

1 cup warm water

2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast {1 envelope}
•
1/4 cup + 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
•
2/3 up mashed sweet potato {*see note below}
•
1 egg
•
1/4 cup melted butter, cooled
•
3/4 teaspoon salt
•
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
•
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
•
3 1/2-4 cups bread flour
•
for the Orange Cinnamon Honey Butter-
•
6 tablespoons butter, softened {I used Kerry Gold}
•
4 tablespoons honey
•
1/2 orange, zested
•
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
