Sweet Potato Gnocchi

2 cups mashed sweet potatoes (aprox 2 large)
3/4 - 1 cups flour
1 egg, beaten
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp chopped fresh sage
pinch of nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
