1/4 cup dark brown sugar
•
1/4 cup minced garlic
•
1/4 cup dried marjoram
•
1/4 cup Kosher salt
•
1/4 cup freshly ground pepper
•
2 tablespoons ground cayenne pepper
•
1 tablespoon allspice
•
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and pulse until mixed thoroughly.
