"we love to eat fresh corn in the summer time. when i was young, my mom used to make fried corn all the time. we use to look for farmers selling corn along the side of the road and LOAD UP! we would have corn for days! with summer coming to an end, that means one thing: i gotta get my corn on! we eat my mom's fried corn recipe a lot, but i wanted to change it up a bit. the bacon and paprika added the perfect smokiness to the sweet corn. let's just say the way we are eating on this recipe, i don't think it will make it to dinner! :)..."
