1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil
•
1/2 large onion slice, ~1 cup
•
2 medium apples, sliced (I used Cortland apples)

1 bottle lager beer (I used Stella Artois)
