For the sauce:

1 1/2 cups hot sauce
•
4 Tbsp butter
•
3/4 cup honey
•
1/2 cup Annie Chuns Korean Sweet & Spicy Sauce [see cook's note]
•
1/2-1 tsp Cajun seasoning
