- 1 can chunk pineapple, drained

- 1 tbl ginger, minced
•
- 8oz pineapple juice
•
- 3 tbls rice vinegar
•
- 3 tbls ketchup
•
- 3 tbls soy sauce
•
- 2 tbls brown sugar
•
- 1 tea Worcestershire sauce
•
- Salt and pepper
•
For sauce
•
- 1 cup pineapple
•
- 2 tbls brown sugar
•
- 1/3 cup ketchup
•
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
•
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
•
- 1 tbl cornstarch
•
