1/2 c. finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil)

1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
•
2 T. chopped fresh dill
•
1/2 T. dried oregano
•
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
•
1 T. salt
•
1 tsp. black pepper
•
1 c. all-purpose flour
•
6 c. low sodium chicken stock
•
2 15-oz. cans diced tomatoes
•
1 15-oz. can tomato sauce
•
1/2 c. honey
•
2 c. half and half
