Super Fudgy Fudge Brownies

INGREDIENTS

1½ sticks (3/4 cup) salted butter, melted

1 cup granulated sugar

⅓ cup light brown sugar

¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
•
1½ teaspoon vanilla extract
•
2 large eggs + 1 egg yolk
•
¼ teaspoon baking powder
•
⅔ cup all purpose flour
•
1 tablespoon cornstarch
•
¼ teaspoon salt
•
1½ cups (about 10 ounces) semi sweet or bittersweet chopped chocolate
•
½ cup heavy cream (or double cream)
•
½ toasted walnuts, chopped
