16 ounces fresh strawberries hulled and quartered
1 pint fresh blueberries
2 (6-ounce) containers fresh raspberries
1 (6-ounce) container fresh blackberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
1 lemon pound cake (recipe below), cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
Lemon Pound Cake:
8 ounces unsalted butter softened
1 cup sugar
4 large eggs
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon grated
1 teaspoon lemon extract
2 cups cake four
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
