Ingredients: about 30 strawberries; 1- 8oz bar of cream cheese, softened; 1/4 cup of confectionery sugar (taste the mix and add more sugar, if needed); We wanted our mix a little sweeter but due to sugar restrictions we added an additional 2 T. of Splenda rather than more confectionery sugar.); 3 T. shaved chocolate bark, for garnish
