Ground Beef (amount depends on how many peppers you plan to fix. I usually use around 1 lb. for 10 peppers)

Box or Sleeve of Rice (any type of rice is fine. In the past I have used white rice, but for the peppers pictured above, I used spicy yellow rice).

Sour Cream (small container)

Cheese (slices or shredded)

Onion (optional)
