INGREDIENTS

1 medium head cabbage
•
1 pound ground beef
•
1/2 c. chopped onion
•
3 T. uncooked rice ( I use cauliflower, 1 head grated instead of rice to keep it low carb)
•
2T chopped parley
•
2 t. salt
•
1/2 t pepper
•
1 egg
•
1 3/4 cups plain tomato sauce
•
1 cup canned tomato chunks
•
2 T honey ( I don't use this myself)
•
1/2 c. grated Colby cheese or cheese of choice.
