1 1/2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
3 teaspoons dark soy sauce*
2 teaspoons Chinese cooking wine or dry sherry
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon Sriracha sauce or red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)
