2 cups Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar

1/2 teaspoon mint extract

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

3 cups all-purpose flour*
•
1 cup kefir or buttermilk
•
Green food coloring
•
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
•
1 cup cup heavy cream
•
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
•
1/4 cup (or to taste) Imperial Sugar Confectioners Powdered Sugar
