1/2 cup frozen peas

1/2 cup asparagus (I bought them fresh, sliced them and then froze them)

1 avocado

½ cup 4 cheese tomato sauce
•
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
•
6 TBSP water
•
1 TBSP lemon juice
•
zest of 1 lemon
•
½ tsp garlic salt
•
1/4 tsp ground pepper
•
1 TBSP fresh thyme
