1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 cup finely chopped fresh spinach (or 10 ounces thawed and squeezed dry frozen spinach)

Salt and pepper

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
•
2 cups homemade quick marinara sauce (recipe below), or store-bought marinara sauce
•
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
