1 bunch of fresh Spinach, remove the large part of the stems

Most of the basil from your living basil plant

1 ½ cup grated Parmesan
•
1 ½ cup olive oil
•
½ cup of water
•
¼ cup lemon juice
•
½ cup pine nuts or chopped walnuts
•
1 T salt
•
1 T black pepper
•
1-2 heads of spring garlic
