1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking soda
•
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk
•
1 tablespoon Ortega Diced Jalapeños, (optional)

•
3 cups sifted powdered sugar
•
1/3 cup milk
•
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, softened
•
2 packets of Nestle unsweetened chocolate flavor
•
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
•
1/4 teaspoon salt
