3/4 cup chopped onion (about 1 medium)
1½ cups brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons dry (ground ginger)
1 tablespoon salt
2 cloves garlic (minced, about 2 teaspoons)
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes (or to taste)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup cider vinegar
