¼ c dry red wine (We used Merlot.)

1 Tbsp garlic powder
•
1 Tbsp onion powder
•
1 tsp oregano
•
1 tsp savory
•
½ tsp salt

⅛ tsp ground black pepper

2 tsp salt
•
16 oz linguini or spaghetti
•
Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
