INGREDIENTS
Ingredients for the 3 of us:
240 g spaghetti, possibly bronze drawing
30 ml dry white wine
a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper freshly ground black
pepper to taste (I do not put)
60 g bacon , for me Fiorucci
30 g fresh pecorino or Parmesan cheese
300 g of tomato puree or tomato chunks
