INGREDIENTS
Spaghetti:
2 Cups of fine Semolina
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup water
Chitarra
Rolling pin
For the Meatballs:
1 Lb Chopped meat - Mix of Veal, Beef and Pork
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Plain bread crumbs
1 Cup Grated Pecorino cheese
4 Cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 Tbs Fresh parsley, finely chopped
3 Tbs EV olive oil
Black pepper
Milk, if necessary
Frying oil
For the Sauce:
2 28 Oz Cans of Chopped or Peeled Tomatoes
3 Oz Tomato paste
3 Cloves of Garlic and one small onion, chopped and sauted and blended
4 Tbs EV olive oil
2 Bay leaves
2 Basil leaves
Peperoncino
Black Pepper
Salt
Pecorino cheese
