1 tablespoon butter or vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons (9g) salt
2 teaspoons instant yeast
1 tablespoon sugar or non-diastatic malt powder
2 tablespoons (28g) water
pretzel salt
2 tablespoons (28g) melted butter optional
