2 pound package frozen cubed hash browns

16 ounce carton sour cream (full fat is best)
•
1 can cream of celery (cream of chicken works, too)
•
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
•
1/3 cup butter, melted
•
1 teaspoon salt
•
1 teaspoon black pepper
•
1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs (eat the rest of the box yourself, it’s a sacrifice but I believe in you!)
