1 cday old italian or french bread, torn

15 1/2 ozcanned chickpeas, rinsed, drained

How To Make winter gazpacho

1In medium saucepan, bring broth and tomatoes to a boil. Stir in zucchini with sauce and bread. Reduce heat; simmer 10-15 minutes, stirring to mash bread into soup. Stir in chickpeas; simmer until heated through. Season to taste with pepper.
