wendy's 10 veggie soup
I love Panera Bread's 10 vegetable soup but do not live near a Panera Bread store. I tried several different recipes before coming up with this one on my own. A dash of that a splash of this until I can't even remember what theirs tastes like, but love this one! This was the first time I used white pepper and wow is it great. If you've never cooked with white pepper be careful you can get too much too fast.

Ingredients For wendy's 10 veggie soup

32 ozvegetable broth

2 Tbsptomato paste

1/2 Tbsppaprika
-
1/2 Tbsprosemary leaves

1/2 Tbspbasil leaves

1 tspsalt
-
1/2 to 3/4 tspwhite pepper

1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tsponion powder
-
1 Tbsplime juice
-
1 lgyellow bell pepper, diced
-
1 lgred bell pepper, diced
-
1 mdpablano pepper, diced
-
1/2 conion, diced
-
1 Tbspgarlic, minced
-
1/2 croma tomatoes, diced
-
1/2 cwhole baby carrots or sliced carrots

1/2 ccelery, diced or sliced thin
-
1 cancorn with poblano and bell pepper, drained well
-
1/2 to 1 canchickpeas/garbanzo beans, drained well

1 1/2 cspinach, torn
How To Make wendy's 10 veggie soup

1Add broth and spices, Including tomato paste and lime juice, to a pot and turn on low to medium heat while you prepare the veggies.

2Add all the veggies to the warm broth in your pot. I add mine as I chop. Bring to a boil.

3Boil or simmer (lidded) until all veggies are softened.
