Ingredients For vegetable puree

  • 1 c
    cauliflower
  • 1 c
    squash
  • 1 c
    zuchinni
  • 1 c
    carrots
  • 1/2 c
    tomatoes
  • 1/2 c
    green peppers
  • 1/2 c
    onions
  • 3
    garlic cloves
  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 4 c
    chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp
    complete seasoning
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c
    fresh cilantro

How To Make vegetable puree

    In a large pot, gently boil everything
  • 2
    when fork tender, set aside, let cool
  • 3
    with a slotted spoon, put all the veggies in a food processor and puree, add butter, salt/pepper
